Terms and Conditions

Please make sure you read, understand and agree with the terms and conditions before placing an order.

Listings

All items will be described as close as possible and all sizes given are approximate.

If the item is a natural product such as shell or wood grain, the one sent may differ slightly from the one pictured.

All photographs are for referance only as colours may vary between minitors.

Should an item be out of stock you will be contacted to see if there is an alternative, if not a refund for the item will be made.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery, (a call or e-mail before return would help)

A 20% restocking charge will be made on returns to cover administration costs

Please ensure the item is correct before removing tags

If an item has been damaged in the post the wrapping should be returned with the item

If you are unsure what to do if there is a problem you can contact us by phone or e-mail

Postage

Postage for all UK orders will be free

Items will be posted the next working day after payment is received (or cheque cleared) subject to being in stock, if an item is out of stock we will hold the order unless asked to send part orders

Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery, most items will be with you within 3 or 4 days but if lost the post office say to allow 15 working days

Deliveries outside the UK will take longer so please be patient
