Art and Things originally started out in 1992 when we opened a small gallery and gift shop called Avago Arts in Bude on the north Cornwall coast.

After a couple of years we found that due to bad positioning of the shop and with the rise of the internet that we were selling more online that were were in the gallery.

Working at home had it's advantages as it gave us more time to paint and trying out different venues for our products.

We can now say that we have artwork all over the world and paintings hanging in shops, doctors clinics, schools as well as hotels, pubs, businesses and many, many private homes.

We have also diversified and sell a range of hats and jewellery, this is the first time that we have put it all together on one site, it looks like a strange mix but we are strange people and may get even stranger if I find other things that we like to sell.
